    Facebook na iya zama babban dandalin zamantakewar jama'a, amma ba koyaushe shine mafi nasara ga kowane alama daga can ba. Facebook na da niyyar samun nasara fiye da B2C yayin da B2Bs ke karkata zuwa dandamali kamar LinkedIn. Mabudin nasara akan kowace hanyar sadarwa shine raba abubuwan da mabiyan ke son gani da kasancewa cikin aiki akan lokaci.
